We are located in and around the Manila metro area in the Philippines. The Philippines have recently overtook India as the #1 spot to outsource, primarily due to the high number of STEM graduates, good English skills with neutral accent and a strong shared culture (America annexed the Philippines from Spain after 333 years of colonization, and held control for an additional 50 years until independence following WWII). We currently have 250 call center agents active.
In the Philippines, American and European media is consumed heavily, meaning many Filipinos understand slang and have been exposed to various regional dialects.
In many Western countries call center work is not appreciated by workers at the level enjoyed in the Philippines, where it is a prestigious job with room for advancement and only available to college grads.
