This package is designed for any business or brand that requires additional social media management. Whether you need additional social media venues such as Google+, Tumblr, Foursquare or any others, this package will allow you to decisively affect your social media reach.

Custom Graphics

Customization of your social media pages will allow you to maintain brand consistency on and offline. Your consumers will also get familiar with your brand through visualization.

We can create custom and engaging cover photos for Facebook, Google+ or custom skins for Twitter, YouTube, etc. We will create a maximum of one graphic per month, per channel we cover as needed.

Our social media manager will work with you and provide one draft for your review and feedback. One set of revisions will be allowed after initial feedback. For the packages where this is not covered you can always add this for a moderate fee depending on your needs.

Content Creation

We will not simply post on your behalf, we will make sure that the content is tailored to your brand, purpose and especially tone. Do you want your content to have more of a business tone, playful tone, technical tone? Whichever it is, we will make sure to adapt it when creating your individual content.

If you have any special events, discounts or anything in particular, just let us know and we will incorporate it across the platforms. Upon request, we can provide up to 2 weeks of content in advance for your approval.

Posting Schedule

Our Social Media Managers are experienced in “Social Media Best Practices“. We understand that difference audiences interact at different times and that what some people find engaging on a Monday morning will not be the same as on a Friday evening.

Regardless of the package you chose, these practices will be implemented to your posting schedule and adjusted according to visitor trends.

This can be one of the most neglected parts of social media management. Your pages can be an excellent way to interact with your clients and provide support. We learn about your business in order to be able to answer questions on your behalf.

If we don’t have the answer, a Social Media Manager will immediately contact you to get your feedback in order to provide accurate responses.
